Sharing about my passion..
Last time I always participated in volunteer activity at running event. Since I was little, my interest is in sports. Always searching to participated in sports activities, yes, I joined sports but more to hiking, because it was free to participated, but for run, I only get chance to be a volunteer during my university time. (of course, student always have limited money...hihihihi)
After a few times, I cannot stop my passion in running. I thought I will start participate in run event after finish study. But I am a very luckiest person, my dream was come true during my final year degree. My body was very very very ready to do it and my running passion is getting huge now. So I decided to join my first half marathon on March 16 at Malaysia Women Marathon.
I was started participated in running after joining fun run which is 5KM, and slowly did 8KM, joining more 8KM run, increased my mileage to 10KM, tried increased for good timing on 10KM, did trail run every weekend, continues increase mileage more than 10KM and finally I believed that my body ready to join half marathon which is 21KM.
Since, I am a Nutrition student, I translated my passion in my research project. I did the research about fluid replacement intake among runners. While doing the research I learned a lot about hydration. Some of my findings:

- The hot and humidity climates in Malaysia.
- The physiological reaction in body during distance run.
- Nutrient needs and loss.
